A Celebration of Water Education
Since its inception, the Groundwater Festival has been a cornerstone for teaching children about the vital role water plays in our ecosystem. The festival’s return to the Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum is particularly special, as this venue has a rich history of hosting educational events that inspire young minds.
The 2025 festival will feature a wide array of engaging activities designed to educate and entertain. Children will have the opportunity to explore interactive stations, participate in hands-on activities, and learn from experts in the field of water conservation and management. From games that illustrate the water cycle to creative stations that emphasize the importance of protecting our groundwater, there’s something for every young explorer!
