Well, cistern owners warned of blue-green algae bloom on Windsor-area river

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit is warning residents with wells or cisterns whose water source is the Ruscom River not to drink their water unless its tested for microcystins. A blue-green algae bloom has been found on the river near Trepanier Road and Lakeshore Road 129.
