A problematic well has led to Stage 3 water restrictions in the town. The Rockcliffe Well is one of Oliver’s main water sources but was sampled last week with poor water quality. As such, a boil-water advisory has been put into effect and residents are being asked to conserve their water use. Click here to read the story.
